Blacklist Aviation is an air charter broker and does not operate aircraft. Flights are operated by carriers holding a valid air operator certificate and operating licence, who are responsible for the safe conduct of the flight.

An enquiry submitted on the website is not a booking. Quotes remain valid while the confirmed aircraft availability holds and are confirmed in writing.

The price covers the services stated in the quote. Additional costs may arise from schedule changes, waiting time, handling fees or other third-party charges.

Change and cancellation terms depend on the operator's conditions and are set out in the quote and agreement before confirmation.

Blacklist Aviation is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by the operator, weather, air traffic control or other circumstances beyond our control.

The service is governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the Estonian courts.
